Easter Fun at Abbeydale Industrial Hamlet

This Easter Sunday take part in our crafty Hamlet Easter Egg trail!

Hidden around the Hamlet will be egg-citing Easter Eggs made by members of the Abbeydale Industrial Hamlet community.

There will be textile eggs, glass eggs, turned wood eggs, gingerbread eggs and knitted eggs to name a few!

It's your job to find them all and unscramble the word they are trying to spell.

There will be an Easter treat for all children taking part and a chance to enter our prize draw to win a cuddly Easter Bunny and Easter Egg.

The Easter Egg Trail is suitable for children of all ages and is a free activity as part of normal admission.

Kelham Island Museum Wheels Trail

Where would we be without wheels?

Ever since their invention, wheels have helped us travel further and faster and they're part of almost every machine we use.
To celebrate the Grand Depart from Yorkshire and the wheels of Le Tour - pick up our Wheels Trail and discover some of the wheels that have helped to make Sheffield the Steel City.

Don't miss the finest Sheffield-Made vehicles in the Charlesworth Transport Gallery, from the Sheffield Simplex car and motorcycles, to the iconic Penny Farthing and a Boneshaker bicycle made byJohn Crowley of Kelham Island.
