River Don Floods June 2007

On the night of Monday 25th June 2007, Kelham Island Museum suffered severe flood damage when the River Don burst its banks.

These pictures show the museum and its surrounding area under water. The last picture shows the damage to the retaining wall between the car park and the River Don after the water drained away.
