Collections - Sheffield Industrial Museums Trust

Kelham Island Museum Town Guns

The majority of the Trust's collections are housed at Kelham Island Museum. In April 2003 a major refurbishment project funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund was completed which provided the museum with a new Collections Management Centre.

Collections on Display

The collections on display in the museum galleries are exciting and unique. The Trust has some of the most impressive examples of Sheffield's industrial heritage. The recently redisplayed galleries have placed the collections in the context of the story of Sheffield, and provide an insight into the range of objects that were associated with Sheffield's industrial past.

Not to be missed!

These objects are all on display at Kelham Island Museum. Watch out for them on your next visit!
