FREE general admission for everyone allows you to peruse the site at your leisure and enjoy our Book and Coffee Shop.
Information panels around the site will help you find your way around and tell you more about the people who worked here, how they lived and the work they carried out. The Works Gallery also features displays and activities to help you find out more about the Hamlet and activity trails for youngsters.
Why not combine your visit to the site with one of our exciting event days. Living History Tours also take place throughout the season and if you are bringing a group of people, we can offer a tour of the site when booked in advance.
There is a small fee for events days and tours.
As part of the Heritage Lottery Funded project launching April 2013 we will be improving the visitor experience at Abbeydale by expanding our activity programme, developing new interpretation and restoring the working machinery and workshops over the next three years. .
